Founded in 1971, El Pimpi is located in an old mansion in Malaga from the 18th century and is one of the most traditional wineries in Malaga, where it is possible to enjoy local cuisine and local wines but, above all, the tradition and culture of southern Spain. His name refers to the figure of "Pimpi", a popular character from Malaga who helped the crews and passengers of the ships that arrived at the port of the city. Soon they became the first guides of Malaga for anyone who did not know her, famous for her attention and treatment. Generations of personalities from the world of flamenco, politics and art have passed through our rooms: the Picasso family, Carmen Thyssen, La Repompa, Antonio Banderas, the Duchess of Alba, among many others, give good proof of the history of our winery .

It is currently a meeting point for celebrities, Malaga and visitors, who recommend and value us as a leading cultural and gastronomic entity in Malaga.
